Someone could file a claim if a person sold them "FANTASY" chips saying that they were from a real casino.
My problem with what you are trying to do, is that the guy in the midwest who wants to have a nice poker set for his home game, should not have to have "FANTASY" on the face of his chip because he is a member. The guy wants a nice set of chips & he might want Las Vegas or Atlantic City, or Deadwood or any other place they have gaming on his chip. He does not want "FANTASY" across the chip making them look like some junk set he bought at Target or somewhere like that, when in fact he paid several hundred dollars for a nice set. It's not your place or the clubs place to tell him that he has to have "FANTASY" on his set of chips. Why should he have to make a choice between being a member or having the poker set for his home games that he likes?
If he makes up those chips & then tries to sell them on or somewhere else as the real thing THEN a claim can be filed against him. Andy - Las Vegas
