at the courthouse. The complaint is a public record. It will state the name of the counsel for the plaintiff, the basis for the cause of action and the relief sought. It will also be stamped with the date and time of filing. The only answer not part of that public record is how much this is costing the club, and until the case is concluded its impossible for anyone to know. Also, while I have not seen the complaint, federal law often provides for the plaintiff (us) to recover attorney fees from the defendant if we prevail. Call the court and you should be able to get a copy of the complaint.
