For those of you who have either not gotten your copy of the club magazine yet, or have not read it from cover to cover (I am still working on that part), I draw your attention to page 21 were it states that legal action was taken in the form of a law suite in Federal Court in New York against a person "knwon to be altering chips."

I have posted a question on the club board, and will repeat it here in hopes of getting a little bit more information then what was provided in the club magazine:

Some questions, and hopefully some answers please:

1. When was the law suite filed?
2. Who was the person it was filed against?
3. Who is our legal counsel?
4. How much is this costing the club (I am a dues paying member and I think I have a right to know how the club is spending MY money!).
5. What laws, if any, are alleged to be broken?
6. What legal recourse is being asked in the law suite?
