I've bought a fair amount of my more expensive items lately from BestBuy, just because they have a presence that you can walk into and yell your head off if something goes wrong... They even have a "Geek Squad", that will come to your home to fix your computer! Of course, you pay a bit more compared to the lowest price on the internet...
