The undeveloped parcel of land in A.C. is the vacant Traymore Hotel site that sits in front of Sands and the Boardwalk that is currently being used as a commercial parking lot. Harrah's sold the site to Sands as it does not fit into Harrah's expansion plans. Carl Ichan plans to develop the tiny Sands Hotel Casino into a much larger property in the city.
