One thing we all agree on is that the "home poker chip sets" be in a separate category. It is difficult, though, to define it:
¶ you can't call them just "home poker chip sets" because there are many old valuable poker chip sets like, say, a large set of these 1929 US Playing Card Co. chips shipped to a rich Texan philanthropist (Leopold Leopold Meyer) for his home game. Or what about a large ivory or mother-of-pearl set? We wouldn't want antiques like these to be buried in a "home poker chip sets" category.
¶ you can't call them "modern home poker chip sets" because look at all the limited edition, tournament and fantasy chips that are collected.
I would have a new category for these "home poker chip sets." First, I would take them out of the major ANTIQUES/COLLECTIBLES category altogether. I would put them in, say, this (which exists now): Toys & Hobbies > Games > Board, Traditional Games > Card Games > Poker
And then I would call them something like "non-collectible poker chip playing sets." That way even cheap old plastic chip sets might wind up there, too.
It also might be a good idea to kick this around for a few days before all of us email eBay. It would be nice to have a well thought-out consistent message.
