Using Julie's steps, I sent following:
Casino chips and home sets are two distinctly different animals. Casino chips are those that were used in a casino. Poker chips are those that were used in illegal casinos, fraternal organizations etc. These belong in the same category.
The "sets" that are currently offered on various eBay auctions are manufactured for home use and never saw the inside of any casino, card room, fraternal organization or illegal casino. These should be in a different category. The Collectibles category is fine, but a new designation, such as "Home Sets" should be created.
Chip collectors know the difference. New collectors do not and this creates much confusion.
For what it's worth, I really don't see doing much to help the situation. Since the seller determines the category for his/her listing, will be perfectly happy to continue collecting the listing and cross listing fees.
