Hi there, I too, have some of their chips in my collection. Having worked on 24 ships in the casino biz, I've met a lot of other people doing the same, on different ships. I know a few that used to work on Regency Cruise Line. This was a few years back.(Could be more than a few!)
Anyway, just being a closet chip junkie back then, I am not sure what the chips looked like. The cruise line logo is the same, though. The used to go out of Port Everglades, i think.
