I don't have a problem with auctions laid out like that- what I meant in my post is over time I've seen sellers on EBay hawk fantasy chips as "from a closed casino", or one that "never opened". Those are the ones that I take issue with. I thought the one I looked at yesterday was different from the Apache auction.
