If you read through Debbie's story, it is later refered to as "Diamond Palace Hotel and Casino". I think I can safely say that this chip is not from Puerto Rico. In my opinion, it is a fantasy casino, since I've only previously seen this chip with a Paulson reverse and have never seen a $1. Gene's chip appears to have some wear, and I can't explain that except that perhaps it was used privately.
