It's an ashtray, one of a set of 4. The others are Sands, Flamingo and Desert Inn. Check out radmann777 on ebay...he has one from the Sands, going off tomorrow. It's at $212 now . I think I heard they were sold (in sets) in the gift shops, but I don't remember where I heard it...
