Got the Magic Envelope yesterday from Guam. I'm not sure who to send it to though. Do I send it to the person at the top of the list or pick somebody at random?

The reason I ask is that I was the second person to recieve it and I'm in the middle of the list.

I havn't read the CB in a while and I may have missed some posts about it. I'd like to send it out tomorrow, so if somebody could reply here soon I'd appreciate it.
