Debbie, I have that chip in 5 colors. Doug Saito ID'D that chip as coming from the Saratoga Club, which became The Garden City club.
Eastman lists Saratoga club at 335 Saratoga Ave, San Jose, from 1972-1977 . He shows Garden City at 360 Saratoga Ave. 54-open
