I subscribed to the magazine several years ago, with no problems. However, I placed an order for chips, close to $100, and the chips didn't arrive. I called and wrote, and got no response. Finally I wrote to several of our club officers (I think I'd received the subscription info with my club membership packet) to see if they could help. I did eventually get a refund for the chips, and a bunch of lame excuses. I've continued to subscribe to the magazine, but have never ordered another chip from them...didn't even use the coupon he sent with my refund, for $20 or $25 in free merchandise! (That was dumb!)
File a claim with the club claims director.
