I know Jason, the 'owner' of the Exchange Club that sold out. He was the grandson of the original owner. The license was still in his mothers name (Tabby Breedlove Mulryan).

Last year they were running one poker game a week, Wednesdays at 8pm, "friends and family" only. I was invited but only made it at 10pm (driving back from Tahoe en route to the Palms show next day) and missed the game. Briefly met the grandfather, he gave me a couple of original coin inlay chips.
