I believe Pacific News has been closed for some time. I also would be surprised if you find any poker (or chips) at either of the South San Francisco places. I went in to each of them a few times a few years ago trying to get their chips and my impression was they only played poker every other third Tuesday when there was a full moon and you needed to know the secret word of the day to play. Of course, your experience may vary.
