BUT I would also get in touch with Allan Myers to see if the authors of TCR will classify it as an error. There are several double struck errors in TCR. The one that comes to mind is the Pioneer Blue $5 Large Crown. If they will not classify it as an error I would return it to the seller. Still it is an interesting chip.
