Wilma hit Florida right around October 24th. You won the chip from Debby on October 5th!!! What is your excuse for the 18 days before that, for not mailing the check out? It takes about five minutes tops to write a check & put it in an envelope. And then it can be mailed from anywhere. But, it took you a little over 5 weeks.
