Hi richard & the best to you. My mother had her knee replaced last year @ 92 yrs young. She spent 6 weeks in rehab & used a walker/cane after that. It took about 6 months until she could get around by herself without worrying about falling. I know that the new method of surgery makes it a lot less painful & time comsuming. Good luck.
