I agree to a point - A dishonest seller can make $$ off of Any thing (Altered or not - Common or not ) The buyer has to check what they are buying along with checking out the seller- The old saying is Buyer Beware. But we are talking about this chip not a dishonest seller down the road. Just my opinion.
