I've not seen that pic, thanks for sharing! Al's book is on my list as an essential resource to the historical side of the hobby. Now, I just have to put together the effort to acquire this volumn one of these days!
I met Al a couple of years ago when he was living in the Pacific NW. He kindly put together some hospitality from Freddy's in Tacoma for one of our PNW chipper get-togethers. Very, very nice youg fella as well as a talented writer. Lots of energy and he had many irons in the fire in pursuit of his carreer in gaming. Last heard he was trying to get a racino off the ground in AZ or NM. Haven't heard anything on that but always had the best hopes for him.
