This is a question I have been pondering - If a collector wins and buys a chip off of a auction ( ebay, Yahoo , ect . ) dose he/she also buy the scan of that chip shown on that auction ? - since that is the chip they won and paid for and ( scan ) should not be used to sell other chips ( all chips are not always the same ) Here we go - Opinions anyone ?
