Tom to me they sound like a Promotional item made by the casino. Being a collector of lottery tickets I've found that casino's also put out Scratch and Win cards every once and a while as a promotion to win prizes. I have some from a casino in California and acouple from Foxwoods in CT (so I know they do this).

Woeth???? I guess you have to find somebody who wants them before you can find out what they are worth. But thats my opinion.
