Picked up this nice crossed flag C & S on ebay. Looks almost new. Two things concern me. 1. There is a blue spot or smudge in the center on both sides. I can't tell, even with magnification what it is. 2. There is a small edge or lip you can feel where the inlay meets the rim, on both sides. My gut says its a common C & S doctored with the flag inlay, but I don't know that much about them as I mainly collect downtown Vegas stuff not C & S. Any opinions from those with more knowledge would be appreciated.
