I won't leave negative feed back until I feel it's warranted. For me, that doesn't happen easily. I will email the seller and allow him to respond to my questions. If I get my plaque and it's in good condition, then I won't leave him any feedback at all. Of course he'll definately hear about how I feel about shipping an item other then what's in the description without the fact being disclosed in the item description.
