Mark is entirely correct in his post above. I'll also add that there is a 1.00 chip in the series, that is also very common. From what I found out, the club was denied a gaming license (never got around to paying the fees?) and never opened. This was right before the gaming boom that took place in Washington in the late 1990s, and has continued through to today with the country's current poker craze.
