No, they are not the same. To be able to identify and judge values of USA chips you need:

1. The Chip Rack # 10
2. The Gaming Table
3. CW 3rd edition, that's the one you have.

There are many more books, specializing in narrower fields of collecting but those 3 are a must. IMHO!
