Hopefully this will help. I was working with a couple other demos when you replied last. I have attached them here. I think this might be what you want but as I said. You will get the whole screen. Similar to your picture, and not just the window that contains the Poker Stars site.

Here, first is a capture of my desktop.

Next, I don't have Poker Stars but I do have Party Poker. I played a hand, Lost Unfortunately I lost, but here I did a basic capture.

Then, if you want to get rid of all the other stuff, you would crop the picture.

You should be able to use any imaging software to do this. Might even be able to do it in MS Word. Simply, as I mentioned, hit Prt Scrn on your keyboard and then go to the program of your choice and paste the results into a document. Like I said, I can put any of these images that I posted onto a word document, into an email and send them to someone or through photoshop and edit them and save them like any other image.
