I'm really not sure of the spelling, but a few years ago at Lakeshore hospital in Chicago I heard someone paging 'Dr. Doktar'.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the receptionist I was talking to told me that there were three of them, husband, wife, and son, all Dr. Doktar, all working at the same hospital.
