I purchased mine three years ago this week at the first auction of the Hank Boss collection. I paid $110 for it. I have no ties to Jerry's Nugget and had no real reason to buy the chip. But I did because I just fell in love with it when I saw it and knew I had to have it. $100 is a lot for me to spend on a chip, but I am so glad that I did.
