Let me understand your position. You have had chips altered by Dave but just for research purposes? What makes you any different than those that reglue inlays, clean chips, fix warps and so on? Please enlighten me as to why chip collecting is any different than collecting art, cars, slot machines and so on? I need to understand your position since you have much more experience in this issue.
