Your theory that slabbing this chip cost more than the chip itself is incorrect. You see IGS slabbs there own chips. They are located in Tennessee -- the same as this seller. If this seller is not a front for IGS I still doubt that the seller sent in a chip for slabbing, they just managed to pick up one of IGS's self slabbed chips.
