I use the 2.5"x2.5" cardboard holders for my collection. I've been using the Brother PTouch label printer to print the labels. The machine connects via a USB port and provides 9/64 or 1/4, (also 3/8 up to 3/4") tapes. I use the clear with the black writing.

With the 1/4 tape I can get 3 lines of text for casino, location, chip ID. I can type it into the computer and then print it out.
