I guess the place to start would be eBays Safe Harbor. If not, there may be one of their discussion boards that deals with this sort of thing. Some of eBays regular buyers and sellers are pretty knowledgable about this sort of shill bidding and I'm sure they know how to handle the seller and their shill bidding buddies . I'm sure there are a few Club members who post on TCB who could point you in the right direction as to the proper way HANDLE people like these
