It's funny how the zero feedback bidder and the seller both come from Alberta, Canada.

I was involved in one of these on a NCR auction for a video game for my son. The seller has a history of low feedback bidders driving up and never winning his auctions. The bigger coincidence... he was from Alberta as well (not that being from Alberta makes us all bad) and in the cases where the shill had more than zero, they were simiilar items to what the seller later sold.

What's the right process to deal with these?
