Unusual mold, looks like a slanted hat resting on an upturned cane with a straight line going thru the center of the hat. Anyone know anything about this one.

I only have one of these - chip is very heavy plastic or some type of fiber. I picked it up at an antique shop in East Texas on my way home from the Convention.
