Harrah's Kansas City doesn't allow chopping in their poker tournaments. This is the first time I've played in a live poker tournament at Harrah's here in Kansas City. I played in their No Limit $90+$10 buy-in tournament tonight ended up heads-up with another player. We asked if we could chop up the prize money for 1st and 2nd places and they said "No"! They said we could agree to split money privately but they still report prize money based on the original tournament payout regardless of what we agreed to do. Put us both in a situation where we both were rooting for 2nd instead of 1st just so that our income isn't over reported. Kind of a strange situation there...

Are there any other casinos that do that?
