the CD case & insert about 8 months ago for $235 (including insurance, S&H). The jewel case was cracked & missing the "tabs" that keep it attached to the bottom....a real quick fix.
My original set cost me $35 unsigned (picked it up at the Hotel -- they had plenty & had I known.... 
). Eventually won a signed set on 
for $400 & traded the original set, but then wanted a set to display.
