I collect chip manufacturing variations, and here are a few with plain suits, filled with a single color, that are level with the surface of the chip. Most of these are made for home games and fantasy chips. I don't know how the "Higgings" or "Huxley" chips might be used. I'm guessing the Prairie Broadcasting chip is a charity casino game, but not sure. The chips in the middle row appear to be the same at first glance, but all are different in some way, either in arrangement of the suits, size or shape etc. The only odd man out in this whole group is the green chip in the middle row. The suits are just painted on. Even though that green chip is the cheapest of the cheap, I noticed at the Argosy Casino in Indiana, use the exact same chip used as a space marker when you check on the last to bets of their Texas Holdem table game.
