As a seller, I don't like PayPal. But PayPal is excessively friendly to buyers who make credit-card funded PayPal payments. This is because of the dreaded charge-back. For the buyer, PayPal is fast, saves time (writing checks, sending letters) and money (postage). If you have a complaint against a buyer and find PayPal too slow for you, you contact your credit card company and ask for a charge-back, no questions asked, no proof needed. So, always try to pay with credit-card funded payments, and you always have the upper hand.
