I am trying to send a payment, but I keep getting a message that the seller accepts payments from confirmed addresses only. A confirmed address is an account with an associated credit card. I do NOT want to give them a credit card number. The seller says he does not limit buyers to those with confirmed addresses, but I still can't get him the money. We tried having him send me an invoice...same problem. Any suggestions? Is there a number he can call?
