Absolutely NO! You have already gone way above and beyond the call of duty by refunding him 200 clams! Were it within 30 days or so of the sale, I wouldn't think twice about giving him a cheerful, full refund. But 18 months?

What the deal is, the market has gone south on that particular chip as it has on most of the stuff selling on ebay right now. This turkey is looking to you to recover what he sunk into the chip!

Don't do it! Tell the guy to go pound sand down a rat hole!
