I found this bill years ago lying in the street on the upper west side in NYC...I "think" I know who's signature is on the bill..I've had this thing locked up for years, forgot about it & just came across it again a couple of days ago!! anybody think that signature is authentic?? the bill has a date on it series 1977...just curious!! How the heck would one find out!?
