Yesterday I posted a notice and I think it got misunderstood. I've attached a sample scan of the inserts I was referring to. The little piece of cardboard I'm thinking of having printed.

I'm looking for input as to what I should/shouldn't include on the small piece,in the opinion of collectors with alot more experience than me. Input appreciated, thank you
