Thanks Gene. Didn't mean to use confusing / incorrect terms. Just got accustomed to referring to compression molded chips as "clay" and some injected chips as "composites" for slang, but yes, of course there are no "solid clay" chips anymore.

Now, are you saying the formulas for compression and injection chips are exactly the same? I thought the injection composites had more resin or other fillers and that the compression mold composite material could not be injected.
