It looks like V4648 no value has been assigned and it is suppose to be from the 1980's. There is one difference from the chip pictured and the TCR and that is the TCR says the inserts are (6mustards and three blacks)split, the one pictured on ebay has 3mustards and six blacks? Everything else matches.
