That is amazing! It would appear that there isn't a whole lot of difference between Las Vegas and Cali in property values anymore. Here in the Wichita, Kansas area I am guessing that your house would sell in the $200K to $300K ballpark.

My wife's aunt and uncle did what you are doing. They lived in So Cal in a house since they built in the 1960s and 5 years ago sold it and 99% of their belongings. They now live in a 45' Prevost Coach and are somewhere in the lower 48.
