Thanks Bill!

I ran the "F10 System Recovery" not the "System Restore". Prior to doing the F10 I tried the Anti-Virus, Spy-ware, Scan-disk, De-frag, System Restore, etc... After 2 weeks I gave up and did the F10. The machine is now running better than ever!

I have 3 email addresses in Outlook Express and of them, 2 of the Address Books remained intact. I did want to save the email's for reference but they're nothing important. I'm happy to have the machine running smooth and was wondering if there is a way to recover the lost email.
