According to Larry Eastman's book the Joaquin Club was located at 216 E. Yosemite, Madera, CA. It opened in 1975 and closed in 1981. Armin's book lists the .05 & .10 as $10-$30, the .25, .50, and $1 as $7-$15, the $5 chip is valued at $10-$30 and the $20 chip is valued at $20-$40.

These are just guide book values - it would probably be pretty hard to get that much for them on eBay. Nice collection though - if he has a large amount of them they would make a great home poker set.
