since the OTY process allows multiple entries from a given casino, properties that put out consistently exceptional chips can have their chance of winning "diluted", since they also have to compete against other chips from their property. This year, (if I recall correctly), there were something like 4 Palms chips on the ballot - and I think only one other property had multiple entries (of 2 chips); so, my favorite chip in years really had a difficult handicap to overcome. Too bad we couldn't have a run-off first, so that the best Palms chip could compete against the best chip from every other property... Although I feel strongly about this, I respect the rights of those that disagree.
